International delivery
We deliver to the EU, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia & New Zealand and selected countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America and Africa.
All international orders are sent by tracked service. Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days from dispatch. A few more distant destinations can take longer; the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
International delivery prices depend on the destination and the weight of your parcel. The table below shows the price range for each destination, from the lightest to the heaviest parcel we send there. The exact price for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and import taxes
EU countries and the USA: Duties and import taxes included and prepaid, nothing extra to pay on delivery.
All other countries (including Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway): Duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient on arrival.
We will email your tracking number when we dispatch your order, and it will update with a local tracking number once your parcel reaches your local delivery service.
International prices correct as of 29 September 2026. Prices for non-GBP destinations may be shown in your local currency at checkout.
Restricted items
Perfume, fragrance and aerosols (for example eau de parfum, eau de toilette, aftershave, body and hair mists, fragrance gift sets, spray deodorants and dry shampoo) can be delivered within the UK and to EU countries only. EU orders containing these items are sent with Evri. We can't send them to the USA, Canada, Mexico or any other country outside the UK and the EU.
Returns from the EU
If your order is delivered to an EU country, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Tracking Your Order
Once you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery.
You can also do this by going to My Account. Go to Recent Orders > View Order > Track Your Order.
